退换货政策 | Returns & Refunds

裸石 | Loose Gemstones

裸石在未损坏、未重切、证书与原包装齐全的前提下，可在签收后 3 日内联系协商退货。往返国际运费与保险由买家承担。

成品与定制戒指 | Finished & Custom Rings

定制戒指（含改圈、同款定制、专属定制）为按需制作，不支持无理由退货；如存在工艺缺陷，请在签收后 3 日内拍照联系，我们负责修复或重做。

不予退换的情形 | Non-Returnable

• 已佩戴使用、人为损坏或碰撞损伤
• 定制商品设计确认后
• 因目的国关税、清关延误等非商品原因拒收

退款方式 | Refunds

确认退货后，退款在收到并检验商品后 5 个工作日内原路退回。运费与进口税费不予退还。

宝石颜色在不同光源下有差异，我们建议先观看商品页视频或联系我们实拍。下单前欢迎就任何细节提问。

Returns & Refunds — Loose gemstones may be returned within 3 days of delivery if undamaged with certificates and original packaging; return shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer. Custom and resized rings are made to order and are not returnable except for craftsmanship defects. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.

接單製作戒指

簽名系列與私人訂製戒指：簽收後 7 天內、未佩戴且保持原狀可退貨，退貨運費由買方承擔。進入製作後訂單不可取消——詳見《接單製作政策》。
