Questions, considered.
The honest answers, before you ask.
About the stones
Yes. Every stone is natural, untreated unless explicitly stated, and accompanied by an independent lab certificate (GIA, GRS, AIGS, or SSEF).
Directly from cutters we know personally in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar, Mozambique, Colombia, and Zambia. We've visited each mine or cutting house.
About the process
18–25 days from design approval to delivery. We're happy to rush for an occasion, but we'd rather you wait for something you keep for life.
Yes. We photograph it at intake, set it, photograph the finished ring, and ship it back insured. Setting-only commissions start at $480.
About the gold
Solid 18K gold (yellow, white, rose), 14K on request, and platinum. No plated, no vermeil, no filled — not honest for a piece you'll keep.
Every ring lists its approximate gold weight. A typical solitaire in 18K is 4–7g; a more substantial signet is 9–14g.
Shipping, returns, warranty
Insured, signature-required, fully insured for the value on the invoice. Worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
30 days, full refund, for stock items. Bespoke pieces: we will rework until you're happy, or refund the unused portion of the deposit.
Lifetime against manufacturing defects on the setting. Free cleaning and prong-tightening forever. The stone is covered by its lab certificate.
