Returnable within 7 days of delivery if the stone matches its published record. Shipping both ways is on us when the record was wrong, on you when it was right.

Made to your written decisions — final by nature, which is why we confirm every step before gold moves. One free resize included.

Made-to-order rings

Signature and bespoke rings: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition; return shipping at the buyer’s cost. Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins — see the Made-to-Order Policy page.
