Made to order, made for you

Every GEMBEAR ring is crafted only after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf; nothing is mass-produced. This page states plainly what that means for your order.

Production time

Signature rings: estimated production 14–21 days after payment, plus shipping. Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed in your design order.

The curated gemstone

You choose the design, the metal and the size. GEMBEAR selects the natural gemstone to the design's published standard — size range, color profile and character. Natural gemstones vary: your stone will match the design's character, never an imitation, and never a promise of an identical twin.

Before it ships

Every finished ring is photographed and documented. You will see the actual piece before it leaves the atelier.

Sizing

Your first resize is complimentary. We publish a size guide — one minute with it saves a month of waiting.

Changes and cancellation

Within 24 hours of ordering: full refund or free changes. Once production begins (stone sourcing + casting), made-to-order pieces can no longer be cancelled, because materials are committed to you alone.

Shipping & duties

Returns

Made-to-order rings: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition; return shipping at the buyer's cost. Loose gemstones: see Returns & Refunds.
